A native of Scotland, Iain teaches in his hometown of Franklin, Tennessee. He and wife, Peggy, are
very involved in their local community.

Mrs Pam Perks (2008 - 2009)
Pam is a native of Scotland and married to Darren, a native of England. These ex-pats were transferred to the
States for work. They live in Brentwood with daughter, Lexie.

Ms Cornelia Burns Holland (2007 - 2008)
Cornelia has served the SSMT off and on for years in a variety of positions. Living in Franklin, she is also a
prolific gardener and member of the Hosta Society.

Mrs. Joan Campbell (2007 - 2008)
The embryo of the current Scottish Society of Middle Tennessee was hatched Joan’s dining room table over 25 years ago. She is an active supporter of the Society and numerous organizations throughout Nashville, where she resides.

Kathleen is one of our newer members whose support and involvement with the Society was immediate. Kathleen and her son live in Smyrna.

Lt. Cmdr. John Glynn (2007 - 2008)
John is a retired Naval Officer (24 years) and is currently the District Commander for the United States Department of Homeland Security responsible for KY, TN, AL & MS. John is a Commissioner for the Stewart Society (Edinburgh) for IL, MO, KY & TN. John and his wife, Kay, reside in Brentwood.

Susan Wood, her husband and young daughter, have been active members and supporters of the SSMT for a number of years. Susan and Dennis can usually be found out on the dance floor as members of the Nashville Hamilton Scottish Country Dancers.

Lady Montgomerie (2008 - 2009)
Lady Montgomerie is Carol Montgomerie. She became titled in 2001 upon her marriage to Lord Montgomerie (Hugh), a native of Great Britain with family roots deeply embedded in Scotland. She is a professional genealogist and owner of Amerascot Genealogy & Consulting. Lord and Lady Montgomerie have two young daughters and a son. They reside in Franklin.
